I haven't been able to find anybody interested in having me as a dwell. I can't find a displace to move to. I've looked at 5 or 6 places now north of lake union and the canals and west of I5. They all turned me down. :-(
It's probably not in the area you're looking but there's an apartment complex overlooking the space needle. I'll have to ask tina's son for the name again.
That sucks! I experience -- I looked at 39 apartments before taking this one in desperation. I evaluate I applied for about 8. The system in SF is a bit different from other cities so that doesn't directly compare (a landlord here will *never* label you approve unless you label every day to ask what's up) but comfort my sympathies.
OK. I am scared now. I know I ordain be looking for a place in a few months. What kind of roadblocks will I be hit with since I have not rented anything or been on any kind of contract in over 8 years...
If it's what I think it is you may be able to get some helpful advice through the Seattle housing authority. I know you don't go anywhere near qualifying for low-income housing even if you would take that option but the gov agencies undergo heard every problem story surely they can point you in some direction. And look around in color Center. That may be way south but the bus service including Express to downtown and north of downtown is better than where I live. There might be a month-to-month to provide a roof until you find something else.
Thanks. They weren't able to furnish me any enjoin help and seemed vaguely offended that I called when neither income nor ascribe was the air. But they did point me at the so that organization might be able to help. I should give them money anyway.
You should rent the place I'm in now. Except we're not moving out until April when our lease runs out. And we're kind of moving out because we don't desire the property manager. But
I bet the property manager there would evaluate me too unless the person was willing to contract to me based simply on the word of others.
You haven't asked *everyone* yet so I evaluate it's a little early to say that "nobody" is interested in having you as a tenant. Keep looking. You'll find something. I experience.
My apartment complex is North Greenwood almost to shoreline and the building managers and us get along very well. We're the longest running tenants (5 years) and we could put in a good word for you here if you were interested. It's a mediocre complex that isn't taken care of come up cuz the owner wants to put nothing into it and we have some real idjits around us but it's not bad and they don't be picky. They pretty much have a permanent for rent write up. I don't know what issue is getting you rejected but if I did I could ask the manager about it as a potential roadblock. He's a super nice real estate agent and may have something helpful to say.
Thanks. :-) I'm willing to talk to you about it offline and preferably in person. Would you be willing to give me a call at the be that can be found and we can either talk or if you have measure lay to get together for coffee sometime soon?
Is your apartment within the city limits of Seattle?
