"My parents are from Argentina and we speak Spanish at home. So whenever my sister and I be to have a private conversation in front of other people we change by reversal to our parents' language. One day in line at the supermarket. I spotted this hot blond blue-eyed guy in lie of us and pointed him out to my sister. I told her in Spanish that he must be a good lay. my sister has always warned me about that u never know who ordain understand u. Being from jamaica i take it for granted that people are clueless whe i go away speaking patois but unfortunately a lot of caribbean in miami and so understand me quite come up.
Something like that happened to me too a friend and I were at a fast food restaurant we are both latinas so we rather speak in spanish and we started telling horrible things about an acquaintance who happened to be my housemate when the only customer at the restaurant turned around and said "are you from Colombia?" she turned out to be from Spain. We were so ashamed she had heard our entire conversation intimate details and everything.
